These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between cb33 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual ("User", "you") who uses our website, mobile application, or any related services.

cb33 is an online entertainment betting and casino platform designed for Bangladeshi users. By accessing our services, registering, or starting to use the platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts or managing another person's account will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date. If false information is provided, cb33 reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit any balance.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at cb33 is ৳200. We currently support the following payment methods:

• Nagad — Mobile Banking
• Rocket — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks

Deposits may only be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits via third parties are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from cb33 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is approved.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the applicable bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• We reserve the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the cb33 platform are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit at cb33, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total balance of ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• The wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time period.
• Not all games may count equally towards completing wagering requirements.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be used once.
• A bonus cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If a user is found to have violated bonus rules or to be abusing a bonus, cb33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus immediately.

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation

• Sharing accounts with other users
• Registering under a false identity

cb33's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is offered at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week

VIP tier advancement is determined based on the user's activity on the platform. cb33 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits at any time. VIP tier benefits are not transferable.

7.1 Service Availability

cb33 strives to provide uninterrupted service to the best of its ability. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or other reasons. cb33 will not be liable for any losses arising from such situations.

7.2 Gambling Risk

11.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable or void, only that clause will be invalidated and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between cb33 and you, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
